Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you automatically agree to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application.
The Application provides automated digital safety and emergency notification services based on user-defined timers and check-in schedules. You are solely responsible for:
If enabled by the user (Pro feature), the Application may capture your device's last known location and attach emergency location data to alert emails dispatched to your trusted contacts upon a missed check-in deadline. You represent that you have obtained consent from all contacts whose email addresses you enter into the Application.
The Application offers optional Pro Lifetime purchases processed through Google Play Store or Apple App Store via RevenueCat. All billing, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the policies of the respective app stores.
The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Application is an automated notification utility and is NOT a substitute for official 911/emergency rescue services or professional medical monitoring. The Service Provider makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted server operation or third-party email delivery timeliness.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Application, including missed check-in deadlines or false alarm notifications.
The Service Provider may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Continued use of the Application signifies your acceptance of any updated terms.
